No matter whether you just like to stay fit or whether you intend to lose weight, in both cases running is the perfect sports. Always the fun in common races comes to the fore. Preparatory courses are prepared for beginners.
Employees not only from a single company but from various companies are brought together by the company race cup. For this running event each company may apply as many employees as they like - from all divisions and all levels. The spectrum of companies varies from crafts enterprise to high-tech corporation.

Sailing
Sailing belongs to Kiel like sand to the beach. The sailing estuary at the outside fjord is legendary and attracts sportsmen to the Kiel Fjord from all over the world. Especially for the Kiel Week, the largest sailing event worldwide and the largest summer festival in the northern part of Europe. But in Kiel sailing is really a popular sport. There will be interesting sailing projects in the coming season.
The EDUR sailing team is continuously on the Kiel Fjord - not only for training but also to land cups.
